This cookbook is nothing more than a glorified version of what you would get with your Turbo Oven or NuWave Oven. I was looking for a cookbook to give more eleborate meals and more creative recipes to take cooking with a Halogen Oven to the next level beyond the basic guide. This book falls short of that goal. I do not feel it was worth the price or the shipping that went along with it. I will keep looking for a better cook book.Product details

This book is very small only 60 pages with 25 recipes plus information on cooking meat and vegetables. The instructions are comprehensive and each dish is accompanied by a photograph which unfortunately is monochrome that does not look very appetising however it does give an idea how the finished dishes should look.
Most recipes are for 2 so the quantities are easily calculated up or down. As a starter book for a halogen oven it covers full dinners for example "Roast Beef with Roasted Vegetables" and "Roast Chicken Diner" snacks such as "Welsh Rarebit" and deserts like "Apple and Blackberry Bake"
In summary not very challenging nor much variety but a good starter to build on.
Not really thrilled with the oven.
I have used several of the receipes in this book & we have enjoyed them. Very easy to read & use.
I checked every mall bookstore and online about half a dozen places but could not find any Halogen oven cook books until I rechecked . I don't know how I missed it but I am pleased with it!

I have the hylogen oven, though it came witha little receipe book, it is never enough. This is my 2nd oven by the way. The other one was all plastic and I woldn't recommed that one to anyone. Well about the book, it's the best, I have made a few things in it
